2026年1月〜6月の内視鏡検査実績について

​くりた内科・内視鏡クリニックは、開院以来、多くの患者さまにご来院いただいております。内視鏡検査件数も右肩上がりに増加しており、2026年1月から6月までに951件の内視鏡検査を実施しました。

当院では、検査件数だけでなく、大腸内視鏡検査に関する指標も継続して集計・確認しています。以下に、2026年上半期の内視鏡検査実績を報告します。

ADR（腺腫発見率）とは、大腸カメラを受けられた方のうち、腺腫を1つ以上認めた方の割合です。今回の集計では、大腸カメラ506件のうち270件で腺腫を認め、ADRは53.4％でした。

また、鋸歯状病変を認めて切除を行った患者さまは108名でした。今回の集計では、鋸歯状病変の切除患者数と検査数は同数であり、同一患者さまに複数回の検査・切除を行ったことによる重複はありません。

​

盲腸到達率は、大腸全体を観察できた割合を示す指標の一つです。今回の集計では、506件すべてで盲腸まで到達しました。

内視鏡検査には、出血や穿孔などの偶発症が起こる可能性があります。今回の集計期間では、EMR（内視鏡的粘膜切除術）後の出血を1例認め、偶発症発生率は0.20％（1/506）でした。検査前には、担当医師から検査や処置の必要性、方法、予想されるリスクについてご説明します。
